Because Evocative Studios caters to photographers of all levels, including those just starting out, we think you will find our rental rates to be the best in the area. There are several methods of renting the studio, with prices and benefits listed below.

Rental Plans:

ES150 140 to 150 hours of studio time
3-month commitment required - $170.00/month

ES150 140 to 150 hours of studio time
4-month commitment required - $150.00/month

ES150 140 to 150 hours of studio time
6-month commitment required - $140.00/month

ES150 140 to 150 hours of studio time
12-month commitment required - $120.00/month

ES150NC 140 to 150 hours of studio time
Month to month with no commitment - $400.00 per month

ROLLOVER = Purchase 10 hour blocks at $25.00 per hour.

HOURLY = Hourly use on appt. basis - $35.00/hour with 2-hour minimum.

All Packages Include the Use of Studio Lighting.

ES150 includes between 140 to 150 hours of time per month and includes studio lighting, use of backdrops, props, and furnishings.

The membership includes everything you need to establish your own studio. For one low price, this averages out to 4 hours of studio time per day, every day (Longer than 4 hours for a day is available on request). Membership includes online scheduling.

Contract commitment required.

Studio rental includes all studio space, dressing room, furniture, props, backdrops, and studio lighting.

Rollover block packages - If your studio needs are unpredictable or sporadic, then this is the perfect choice for you. The rollover blocks can be purchased in 10-hour blocks at $25.00 per hour. These blocks do not expire.

Overtime rates: $35/hour in 1/2-hour increments ($17.50 for up to 30 min. over)

Membership fees are paid through recurring billing from a credit or debit card. We accept all major credit cards.
